Magazine Scherper

The ECC publishes, in cooperation with FECO Belgium (KEVER) and IHA (International Humour in Art) a Belgian Cartoon Magazine called 'Scherper' (Sharper).

 

The magazine is only available in Dutch and costs 15 Euro for 4 numbers a year.
